This is the second of a multi-part series to report the average calibrated levels of consciousness for the individual states in the USA. The order of the calibrations presented is based on population, from the largest to the smallest, and are in groups of 10. Future posts, Parts 3 through 5 of this series, will be posted in weekly increments, so if you don’t see a state of interest, please check back.

Part 2: The Second Group of 10 States
In this, the second of five posts to report the average calibrated level of consciousness for all those living in each of the states in the United States of America, you will find the next 10 states. As before, they are organized by population in descending order, from the largest in this group — New Jersey — to the smallest, Wisconsin.
The order of reporting and listing is based only on the population as shown in the 2020 US Census report. No other parameters were used to determine the order of reporting so, other than population, please don’t assign any importance to the order in which the states are listed.
Pattern Still In Play
The pattern discussed in Part 1 of this series seems to be holding up. The newly taken calibrations for the population of the ten states shown below does support the initial pattern, that being: the states with higher levels of calibration do seem to be the ones that take a more conscious and comprehensive approach to promote the well being and success of all its citizens. I caution readers, though, to not jump to conclusions. So far, only 20 states have been calibrated and included, so a definitive pattern is not yet certain, though it seems to be pointing in that direction.
That pattern we seem to be seeing is that the states with higher calibrated levels of consciousness relative to the others on the initial 20 calibrated are the ones who take a more advanced approach to quality of life and genuine concern for the well-being of their all their residents, and not just the privileged few. This is not to say that their methods are always the best, nor is it to say that they are always successful in doing this. They just have made more effort to support all their citizens.

A Message of Intent
As mentioned in the initial part of this series, intent is a major factor. Genuine intent, even if not effective, will cause a higher calibrated level of consciousness. The states with lower levels of consciousness are the ones where the well-being of their residents is less of a concern, and other things take priority.
When I use the term ‘residents’, this includes all residents, and not just a select few. It is logical that placing the needs of people above other interests, such as business, or tourism, or development, would be indicative of a higher level of consciousness. Looking out for one another — caring about others — is a higher consciousness concept.

About Bruce
Bruce Bernstein has been a student of all things spiritual for over 35 years. As many do, he began with books, crystals, and other group activities. But his search became a solo journey. He had no teachers or gurus to consult with and this forced him to look within, to his inner guidance. This is where he found the best information and answers to his questions. He now teaches the things he learned with the hope of helping others more quickly accomplish what he did — to raise their level of consciousness — and to do it faster, more directly, and with fewer challenges.
